We are seeking a welcoming and energetic Front Desk Sales Representative to join our team. Holdman Studios is an internationally recognized art glass studio specializing in stained glass, blown glass, architectural installations, public art, and educational experiences.

Front Desk Sales Representative (Weekends)

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.

  • Assist with purchases, checkout, product recommendations, and gift wrapping.

  • Educate visitors about Holdman Studios, artists, classes, tours, and products.

  • Answer phone calls and customer questions.

  • Schedule classes, tours, and appointments.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom.

  • Assist with inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.

  • Promote classes, events, and other studio offerings.

  • Collect color selections for blown glass classes.

  • Work closely with artists and studio staff to create an excellent visitor experience.

The Role

  • Part-time, approximately 20–22 hours per week.

  • Retail, hospitality, sales, or front desk experience preferred.

  • Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and scheduling software.

  • Friendly, dependable, organized, and able to multitask.

  • Interest in art, design, or handcrafted products preferred.

  • Available approximately 20–22 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Able to perform routine stocking, packaging, and computer tasks.
