EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

30-day exchange, no return on standard art glass product. Exchanges must be made with receipt or proof of payment.

• No return or exchanges on custom commissioned art glass.

• If the product is broken or damaged it may be possible to repair it for an additional cost.

• All gift certificate sales are final, no return or exchanges.

• 48 hours before classes the appointment may be refunded.

• 24 hours before classes the appointment may be rescheduled.

• Less than 24 hours before classes the client will be charged the full amount.
